Bending with a bending machine: It is a common processing method, and most of the bends of anchor bolts are selected by this method. The advantages of this processing method are: precise positioning according to the abrasive tool, high precision, and basically the same specifications as the batch of goods. If the arc of the anchor bolt hook is specified, it can be guaranteed. In addition, the processing speed is fast and the cost is low. Defects: Not suitable for anchor bolts with a straight length exceeding фф50mm or anchor bolts with a length less than 200.
After heating the head, use a bending machine to bend: For large anchor bolts of фф50mm or more and of good material, such as Q345, 16Mn, etc., a part of the hook needs to be heated before bending, which is conducive to the shape of the hook. However, due to heating and firing, the processing speed is very slow, the processing cycle is long, and the cost is high.
Manual bending: more suitable for short anchor bolts. Because the anchor bolts are too short to be accurately positioned according to the abrasive tool, they can only be bent manually. This processing method is costly and slower. Generally speaking, the length of a part of the hook should exceed 4 times the straight length of the anchor bolt.
